At first it seemed very tight, but when I worked with the shoe to soften it up, it fits me fine. Can't wait till we have warmer weather to wear it. You can't see from the picture but it has some opening slits on top of the shoe and we still have snow on the ground, so have to wait to wear these. I hope that Amazon brings more women's shoes by Ros Hommerson. He makes the narrow shoes for women....and I wear a 6AAAA which most shoe stores or catalogs DON'T CARRY.
